The Faculty Appeal Board is made up of seven members of the faculty appointed by the chair of the Faculty Senate in consultation with the Faculty Council on Student Affairs.  The Appeal Board shall complete an administrative review of the cases referred to them, looking both at procedure and content; and may conduct a formal hearing with legal counsel and testimony made under oath. WAC 478–120–100: Faculty appeal board.
