This message was sent to returning students at UW Tacoma who are eligible to register for Summer 2024.

Greetings,
 
We are excited for your return as a student to UW Tacoma for Summer 2024 and wanted to let you know that registration is open now for returning students!

We have included some new requirement and links to help you navigate through pre-registration steps that you will need to complete prior to getting registered for classes.
 
First, you will need to complete the required Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) process as soon as possible. This step will delay your ability to register by at least 2 hours!
 
Set up your 2FA - REQUIRED
The University has added a new measure to protect data. Complete the setup for 2FA with your UW NetID as soon as possible in order to be able to register for your chosen classes. Set up 2FA now. 
 

Complete Title IX Training - REQUIRED

You will be required to complete the Husky Prevention & Response (Title IX) online training about preventing and responding to sex- and gender-based violence and harassment.
 

Steps to confirm you are attending, if you haven’t done so already - REQUIRED

  • Pay your Enrollment Confirmation due no later than the 3rd day of the quarter and set up your UW Email (a MUST DO before you can register): Confirm Your Enrollment
  • Review and complete the Measles, Mumps and Meningococcal (MMM) vaccine requirements, if not previously completed during your earlier enrollment: UW Immunization Requirements (COVID vaccines are no longer required)
 
Pre-Registration Steps
  • Sign into MyUW to complete the required pre-registration steps (confirm your address, acknowledge pre-registration notices and insurance option charges; see step 1).
  • Verify that you do not have any registration blocks by checking MyUW or the MyPlan Registration Screen
