Built 1909 / Renovated 1995

There was a time when Tacoma produced more furniture and doors than any other city in the United States. A giant in that industry was the F.S. Harmon Company, which operated out of a complex of buildings centered on this eight-story giant. The industrial strength of this warehouse structure has allowed its revitalization into restaurants, offices, loft-style apartments and a parking garage. An old safe from the building is tucked under stairs in the main lobby.
