CPM Certified Public Manager Consortium — Formed in 1979, the National Certified Public Manager® Consortium establishes and preserves standards for the Certified Public Manager® designation. The quality and efficiency of management in government have a major impact on the lives of citizens and the orderly functioning of society. Systematic training programs are essential to maintain and improve the effectiveness and professionalism of government managers. UW Tacoma's Certified Public Manager is a member of this organization and is the licensed provider in Washington State.
American Academy Of Certified Public Managers —The American Academy of Certified Public Managers® (AACPM) is a professional association of public sector managers established in 1984 to promote a high professional, educational and ethical standard in public management.
CFRE International — Founded in 2001, CFRE International is an independent nonprofit organisation whose sole mission is dedicated to setting standards in philanthropy through a valid and reliable certification process for fundraising professionals.
