The UW Tacoma Library is a single library that occupies space across two buildings, the SNO and TLB. The Tioga Library Building (TLB) houses the majority of the library's on-site collection across floors 1, 2, and 4 and provides active and quiet spaces. The Snoqualmie Building (SNO) circulates equipment such as laptops from a first-floor service desk and houses additional services and study spaces such as the Makerspace and reservable study rooms. While not reservable, the powerhouse and Chihuly room are additional quiet study spaces within the scope of the library in the SNO Building.
