June 1: How to Effectively Close Out Projects

As you finish a project, it can be very tempting to move onto the next thing without looking back. However, to be effective in our projects, we can't just walk away. This session will talk through a few methods and tools we can use to ensure our improvements stick, including control planning, communication plans, RACI charts, and more!

June 8: HR Booster: The Benefits Triad

Be the first one in your organization with the expertise to explain how policy at the employer, state, and/or federal level can impact your health care costs.

Understand health care and its costs via three common terms: access, utilization, and quality. A triangle of these three factors (access, utilization, quality) can be used to explain how health care costs are generated and affected by decisions made by healthcare providers, employers, and you....the consumer.
