The Puget Sound Programming Competition (PSPC) is hosted by the School of Engineering and Technology at the University of Washington Tacoma. The PSPC is held twice a year, typically in the winter and spring quarters. Participants are welcome from all Washington area Universities, Colleges, and High Schools.
Teams of three students, sharing a single computer, compete to solve as many programming problems as they can in a four hour period. Problems range in difficulty from easier problems that all teams should be able to solve to problems that will present a challenge for University juniors and seniors. The goal of the competition is a friendly and educational extracurricular experience that will facilitate networking and community building among Washington area students and schools.
