Leadership LLC
In partnership with the Center for Student Involvement, the Leadership Living Learning Community will be structured around framework provided by the National Society for Leadership and Success (NSLS), supplemented with campus-specific programming designed around the unique needs of the LLC cohort.
NSLS provides everything you need to build leadership, career, and life skills! Students will dedicate 8-10 hours to the program including an orientation, leadership training day, speaker broadcasts, and small group engagements. After completing the program requirements, students will participate in an induction ceremony where they will receive a certificate and be honored for their achievement and membership into NSLS! UW Tacoma will cover all NSLS student membership fees associated with the program.
The Leadership LLC will also provide students with unique opportunities to engage with leadership on the UW Tacoma campus including mentorship from UWT staff and students, community service opportunities with the Center for Service and Leadership, and other opportunities to utilize their leadership development.
