IIGE Students Shine at National and Regional Conferences
The IIGE congratulates seven students across the NextGen Civic Leader Corps and Global Honors Programs for awards and conference acceptances nationally and regionally.

NextGen Civic Leader Corps Student Ambassador Jannat Musawi received the prestigious 2024 Student Civic Leadership Award from the Washington Campus Coalition for the Public Good. The award recognizes civically engaged students dedicated to making a difference locally and globally.
The Global Honors Program continued its record of high acceptance at the Western Regional Honors Conference (WRHC) with seven student papers. All papers demonstrate the breadth and depth of the Global Honors curriculum which challenges students to propose informed and empathetic solutions to issues of impact around the globe.
In addition to the WRHC, we saw a first in the acceptance of a paper for the Notre Dame Pace Conference. All students received the IIGE Conference and Travel Award thanks to the generous support of the Bamford Foundation. Please join us in congratulating our hard-working students:
