Scholarships
UW Tacoma and SET is committed to helping students from all economic backgrounds access world-class education. Students who wish to demonstrate financial need must submit a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) by January 15.
UWT Scholarships and Aid
To help students fund college, UWT offers financial aid, scholarships, and work-study programs among other programs.
Most scholarships are offered to begin in the autumn quarter and have deadlines about six months before the autumn quarter. Start your search early, at least 12 months prior to needing the funds. You do not need to wait until you are admitted to apply for most scholarships.
Graduate students can find resources on the UWT Graduate Admissions FAQ page.
SET Scholarships
The School of Engineering & Technology offers scholarship awards for incoming junior-level transfer students and continuing undergraduate majors. Details are on the SET Scholarships page.
Graduate students can find resources on SET's Graduate Fellowships and Funding page.
