Accordions don't have settings which need debugging arrow_downward
Please send an email to the Office of the Registrar at uwtrooms@uw.edu.
You may be seeing the “restricted” message because...
- You haven’t completed training yet, or
- The spaces are not available to students. Examples include classrooms, event spaces and certain conference rooms that are prioritized for staff/faculty/RSO meetings and events.
First, complete the required tutorial by clicking the button above labeled, "START FIRST TIME USER TRAINING." It will take you to another online website where you log in with your UW NetID (purple button located in the center of the website). Make sure you select the training for students. It should not take more than 3 minutes to complete.
When finished, you must restart your internet browser and then go back to this website (tacoma.uw.edu/study). Restarting your internet browser is important, as this step resets your access in the 25Live system. When you click the button titled "SUBMIT A NEW RESERVATION" you will see all the space options, as described in the training video.
If you continue to run into issues, please send an email to uwtrooms@uw.edu.
If the room you are looking for is located in the Snoqualmie building or Tioga Library Building, please use the library room reservation system. Scroll down or click here for more information.
Click here to view space options available to students through 25Live Express Scheduling. It is important to note that not all campus spaces, including classrooms, event spaces and certain conference rooms, are available for students to schedule for their study sessions. If you have any questions, contact uwtrooms@uw.edu.
The 25Live application was updated on June 16, 2021 for UW students. If you would like a refresher, please watch the updated tutorial video.
When operations are suspended, classes are not held, administrative offices are closed and events and activities are cancelled. This means your study session reservation is also cancelled.
View the map on the Campus Safety website to ensure the door you are trying to enter is accessible.
If you discover building access issues while on campus, Student Ambassadors may be on-site to immediately assist with building access, or call Campus Safety at 253-692-4416 (non-emergency).
If your study session reservation falls during break weeks, you will need to call Campus Safety for access at 253-692-4416 (non-emergency).
Access to 25live disables during the quarters that students are not taking classes. Students may re-establish their account by completing the Student User Training again.
