Come explore with us...
The world of teaching and learning is vast. We invite you to expand your knowledge and travel with us to revisit previously explored topics, or venture into experiencing evidence-based teaching strategies that are shown to positively impact and improve student learning outcomes.
Our destinations are aligned with UW's foundational design standards and principles. You can earn passport stamps as you elevate your teaching knowledge and implement best practices into your course delivery and design. Here is how it works:
- Explore and choose a destination that meets your current or future teaching area of interest.
- Work through the curriculum associated with the stamp, which may include text content, video presentations, and other items. This is a great time to reach out to us if you have questions, need a sandbox site in Canvas, etc.
- Complete the required stamp activities, again consulting with us as needed. We want to work with you to make the activities as productive and relevant as possible.
- Earn your passport stamp by submitting evidence from your course and answers to reflective questions.
- Pay it Forward - Share your experience, expertise, and knowledge by leading a workshop, contributing to a DL blog post, or showcasing a teaching idea or strategy!
